Returns & Refunds
30-day return window
Contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your item to request a return. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in original condition, with original tags and packaging.
Request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending your parcel. Our authorized return address is 13 Rue De Domrémy, 62440 Harnes, France.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue; photographs may help us review it. The ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not prevent you from reporting damage, defects or a wrong item. We will confirm the appropriate return or resolution instructions with you.
Return shipping and fees
We cover return shipping for our errors and damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items. You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your refund has been approved, funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 days. If you need help with a refund, contact our support team.
